The most authentic way to serve our GOZU Herbal Soup. Meaty pork ribs are simmered in a broth of herbs and spices, garnished with chopped coriander or green onions.
Boil and blanch pork ribs for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
Boil 3 liters of water in a pot; add in 3-5 whole unpeeled garlic and GOZU herbal recipe to boil for 25 minutes on low heat.
Add pork ribs into the pot and cook 45minute between 1 hour. (In between 30 minutes add in GOZU secret spices with one tea spoon soy sauce and black sauce).
